Coaching on line. "Questions, possibilities and challenges

Within the PCP framework, coaching represents an experimentation with the client’s personal theories. Particularly, it aims at achieving some form of “reconstruction” (Kelly, 1955, p.265) for both, the person and the organization. Stojnov e Pavlovic (2010) define the coaching relationship as a collaborative project where the client is invited to formulate new questions and research design; while the coach, as a research consultant, gives methodological support in testing new theories and setting new experiments (Stojnov and Pavlovic, 2010) . But is it possible to build a coaching relationship beyond the traditional face-to-face setting? What kind of shape would it take if, for instance, we used a multimedia platform? And what kind of experience would it be for the persons involved? Starting from a personal experimentation, we propose a discussion around the use of on-line platforms for coaching interventions, within the PCP framework.
