 Mary Frances

Mary Frances lives and works in England as a consultant for the Personal and Organisational Development, applying the Psychology of Personal Constructs, particularly to the development of management, to organizational change and interpersonal relationships. Her clients are and have been local authorities, health services, private companies and voluntary organizations Her publications appear as successful synthesis between Kelly's psychology and a narrativistic approach (She loves to work with stories and myths. An emerging figure in the PCP community, and a member of the Editorial Board of the journal of Personal Construct Theory and Practice and of the Guidance Panel of European Personal Construct Psychology.
