Registration

Registration, payment of registration and other fees is done by an online booking system.

Accomodation has to be booked separately. For accomodation at the Conference Venue, the San Servolo Island, click here.

Conference fee includes: the full entrance to the Scientific Session (excluded paid workshops), tea/coffee breaks, congress documents, the certificate of attendance and Welcome Party.

One day registration includes the entrance to the day Scientific Session and tea/coffee breaks.

One paid workshop includes the entrance to the workshop and tea/coffee breaks.

Accompanying guest fee includes the Welcome Party and the possibily to attend the Social Events (paid and free). No admission to the Scientific Session.

Cancellation Policy

Request for refunds must be received in writing by June 20th, 2009. Refunds will be processed after the congress minus a handling fee of 25% for administrative cost. No refund will be issued for cancellations received after June 20th, 2009 or for no-shows.

A meal ticket includes a full meal (lunch or dinner) at San Servolo’s canteen.

A breakfast ticket includes a continetal breakfast at San Servolo’s canteen.

You have to book and pay (cash) for the meal/breakfast tickets when you arrive at San Servolo during the registration with Carla (19th and 20th July).

Conference gala dinner – Thursday, 23th July

€ 65,00 per person

On Thursday evening the dinner will be at the A La Vecia Cavana restaurant, located in the centre of Venice near Fondamenta Nuove, where guests will enter a charming atmosphere and be albe to taste cuisine typical of Venice. The menu is orientated around fish and includes aperitifs, appetisers, first and second courses, side-dishes, a dessert, mineral water, wine, coffee and liqueur.

The price also includes the water taxi transport after the dinner from Fondamenta Nuove to San Servolo. The journey from San Servolo to Fondamenta Nuova can be made by boat line 20 and it is not included.

Special menus are also available for vegetarians, vegans and those on special diets for the same fee but only if advanced notification is given.

To reserve your place at the gala dinner please send an email to specifying the number of places required and if you have any special menu requirements.

The payment must be made in cash during the registration with Carla (19th and 20th July).
